Location: London – Hybrid
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary: £550 - £650 - Outside IR35
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for a leading London Market insurer. The role will be spearheading the development of advanced analytics through data science and artificial intelligence / machine learning techniques.
Experience Required:
- Significant Data Scientist experience gained with comprehensive knowledge of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
- Programming experience with Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn etc), R, Scala/Spark.
- Scripting languages viz. Python, Javascript.
- Experience with Azure and their data-related services; experience with Snowflake is highly desired.
- Advanced Transact SQL ETL/ELT tools (essential) e.g., Azure, Talend, Matillion.
- Must have London Market insurance experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for driving innovation through data.
