JOB MISSION
This is a thrilling time to join the Team in the role as Brand Manager - Veuve Clicquot. Veuve Clicquot is one of the leading champagne brands in the UK, ranking number 3 in desirability and the only champagne brand justifying its price premium along with Mot & Chandon. 2025 and beyond will focus on cementing the brands Solaire positioning. The role of Veuve Clicquot Brand Manager will aim at creating long-term value for the brand by elevating consumer experiences at all key touchpoints and reinforcing brand relevance within UK culture, supporting execution of all programming and partnerships in line with Maisons vision and guidelines. He/she will work hand in hand with Sales Teams to develop 360 plans which support key brand programmes and trade activations. He/she will lead development of consumer experiences that enable Sales Team to achieve their targets across physical and digital selected partners ensuring an integrated approach to reaching audiences across a wide range of touchpoints. He/she will at all times act as Brand Ambassador vis-a-vis trade partners, press, VIPs, and other friends of the brand.

Job Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

STRATEGY
- Support Marketing Manager in development of clear annual brand plan/3 year plan defining strategic choices to meet brand/business targets aligned with Maison (global) strategy.
- Support choices with defined KPIs.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to influence Maison strategies aligning on UK strategic direction.
- Ensure strong understanding of target consumers, market dynamics, competitive landscape, strategic channels, key customers.
- Act as a brand champion responsible for communication/custodianship of brand strategies internally influencing commercial agenda aligning with objectives.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Collaborate with Insights Team maintaining ongoing awareness of brand health/consumer insights/trends disseminating insights into action sharing them with stakeholders informing activity.
- Monitor performance using sales/financial/market/consumer data recommending appropriate actions where required.
- Evaluate/report back on performance ROI identifying learnings/future optimisations.
- Manage A&P budget monthly ensuring effective accurate budget management including administration invoices/monthly accruals/budget trackers.
- Work with Sales/Revenues Growth Management/Finance teams delivering insightful business reviews.

PROGRAMMES/BRAND ACTIVATION
- Inspired by global platforms curate elevated local experiences using 360 thinking resonating DNA/purpose.
- Craft exceptional experiences surprising/delighting customers/consumers delivering excellence from concept creation/agencies briefing implementation/evaluation.
- Collaborate Sales team jointly developing channel-relevant consumer-centric activities driving rate sale/supporting visibility opportunities highest quality execution.
- Liaise Communications Team defining implementing integrated culturally relevant 360 communication strategies supporting key programmes flagship trade activations.
- Ensure all programmes delivered on time within agreed budget expected level excellence accordance values supporting Sales Teams compelling customer proposals winning new deals/resigns.

TEAM/STAKEHOLDERS
Establish maintain solid trustworthy relationships key Maison (global team) MH EMEA stakeholders inspiring/motivating managing excellent working relationships cross-functional teams/external agencies ensuring timely excellence delivery agreed projects follow-up reporting performance/key learnings.

Languages: Fluent English
