Do you want to work on corporate properties and all brush up on your project management skills? The organisation in question are looking for one, possibly two Building Surveyors to join them for an initial 6 months.
Having worked with this organisation previously, I can guarantee there will be an opportunity to work there long term.
Job Details:
- You will work on their corporate property portfolio on minor work projects, so no day will be the same.
- You won't feel like the work is repetitive, and the organisation are happy for hybrid working.
Work Environment:
- Those who currently work there say they only go to the office once a week and the rest of the time they work from home or go to site meetings.
- This role would work well for someone who is looking for flexibility but are also willing to work in a busy setting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Attending site meetings
- Carrying out surveys
- Having meetings with colleagues in the team
