Role: Data Migration Analyst

Contract Duration: 3 Month initial
Pay rate: £450/day Outside IR35

I am currently seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Analyst with a strong background in banking and extensive experience in data cleansing to join our banking client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring seamless data transfer between systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions between legacy and new systems.
- Conduct comprehensive data cleansing activities to ensure data quality and consistency before migration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define migration requirements and strategies.
- Analyze, map, and transform data across different systems to meet business needs.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in banking, with an understanding of core banking systems and data.
- Proven experience in data cleansing, transformation, and migration activities.
- Familiarity with data mapping, ETL tools, and data migration frameworks.
- Experience with mortgage data management or related financial products is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mortgage processing, loan systems, or other related banking products.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements in the banking industry.

This is an initial 3 month contract working remotely with adhoc travel to Yorkshire paying around £450/day Outside IR35.
