Description
Are you a Construction Project Manager that wants to work somewhere that has breathtaking landscapes and boasts the location of some of England's oldest fossils? Then keep reading this advert.
Project Overview:
A Council in the East Midlands has a 3-year project where you will be responsible for the redesign of their office. There will be decarbonisation and M&E involved, so experience in those areas is beneficial.
Timeline:
The project is due to launch in July, and will initially require working 2-3 days a week. By September, the project is expected to be in full flow and the role will look to increase to 5 days a week.
Location Flexibility:
What if you don't live in the East Midlands? Not a problem. The role is hybrid, mainly home-based with meetings conducted via Teams. Of course, you will occasionally need to do site visits once a month. With the generous day rate on offer, you will be able to stay overnight in luxury accommodations.
Contract Details:
Why should you apply for this role? For starters, it will be Outside IR-35 and comes with a lengthy contract that could extend for 3 years.
Team Dynamics:
The team you would work alongside collaborates closely; therefore, working well within a team is key. You must also demonstrate confidence and ability to communicate effectively with senior management as well as your peers.
Qualifications:
Ideally, a qualification within Construction is preferred; however, experience holds greater value.
Next Steps:
A shortlist needs to be sent over by the end of the month, so don't delay in applying for this opportunity.
Diversity Commitment:
We would like to attract talent from all corners of the Property world for this role. Our commitment is to an equitable recruitment process; feel free to apply in any way that suits you—via WhatsApp, video message, CV—the more creative, the better.
