We're looking for a relationship-focused Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. If you're organised, creative, excel at building meaningful connections, and are passionate about travel and Japan—this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Relationship Building: Represent the Views from Japan brand professionally and build meaningful relationships with partners, stockists, and media contacts.
- Outreach Management: Build and maintain email lists for new stockists, press, and media contacts.
- Profile Building: Take ownership of building Views from Japan's profile through strategic partnerships, award submissions, and press coverage.
- Partnership Development & Growth: Manage targeted communications to secure valuable partnerships with both warm and cold audiences, including stockists.
- Administration: Ensure smooth operation of all supporting administrative tasks.
Who you are:
- Japan Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for Japanese culture, demonstrated through experience or deep interest.
- Excellent Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional.
- Experienced: You have a degree in creative fields or marketing, or equivalent experience and a proven track record in outreach and relationship building.
- Strategic Thinker: You can identify mutually beneficial opportunities and develop creative partnership solutions.
- Detail-Oriented: You're organised and thorough in managing deadlines, communications.
