Many of our clients don't have in-house data expertise, which is where you come in. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations-empowering clients to make smarter decisions with confidence. Your work will directly shape how businesses and cities optimize their spaces, turning raw data into real-world impact.Key Responsibilities:1. Data Analysis & InterpretationGo beyond basic visualisations (charts, graphs) to provide contextual insights on footfall, dwell time, traffic flow, and anomalies.Identify trends and patterns in data to highlight operational efficiencies or inefficiencies for clients.Develop weekly/monthly summary reports that clients can consume easily (e.g., "Your campus parks experienced a 15% increase in bike traffic during peak hours this week").2. Contextual Data EnrichmentIncorporate external data sources (e.g., weather, economic data, public events) to contextualise insights and enhance accuracy.Cross-reference client-specific metrics with industry benchmarks to identify areas of improvement.3. Automation & Scalability• Work with engineers to automate insights generation, reducing manual reporting.4.
