Description

Are you an AI enthusiast who’s been experimenting with the latest tools and frameworks, integrating them in creative ways and solving real problems?

We’re looking for someone who can help us automate game art and animation processes using cutting-edge AI models. If you’re a self-starter who loves tinkering with AI agents, cloud services and creative design tools, this is an opportunity is for you!

Location: Remote position open to candidates in Europe and US.

Contract Type: This position requires contractor status. You must have the appropriate legal setup (e.g., a business license or equivalent) that allows you to invoice us for your services.

Project Length: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week) for 3 months with the possibility of prolonging.

What Will You Do?

Train & Fine-Tune AI Models: Use frameworks like Comfy UI or OneTrainer to develop and refine AI workflows.
Automate Game Art & Animation Production: Collaborate with tools (e.g., Blender) to streamline creative asset generation with minimal oversight.
Optimize AI Pipelines: Enhance efficiency and scalability, ensuring faster production and deployment.
Data & Model Management: Prepare datasets for training and manage AI model storage and versioning for smooth collaboration.
Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3) or similar platforms to power AI-driven workflows.

What You Bring

We don’t prioritize professional or educational background—what matters is hands-on passion for AI and game art.
You’ve spent significant personal or professional time training AI models (not just reading about them).
You understand the fundamentals of game art and feel comfortable using animation tools like Blender, as well as AI frameworks such as Comfy UI or OneTrainer.
You’re always looking to automate, scale, and optimize—especially in game art production.
You are ready to experiment, pivot quickly and solve problems independently.

Why This Opportunity?

Fully remote setup & flexible remote-first culture
Cutting-Edge Projects: Work on AI automation in the rapidly evolving world of game art and animation.
Immediate Impact: Step into a role where your contributions directly speed up asset delivery and enhance creative pipelines.
Flexible Schedule: Part-time hours (15–20/week) to accommodate your own projects or commitments.
Short-Term with Potential: Initial project scope of a few months with the possibility of extending.

Equal Opportunity Employer
