Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Account Manager - Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) to drive the success of our federal systems integrator based in the UK through BISim products, solutions, and services. The FSI is BAE Systems PLC. In this role, you will build relationships with the FSI, understand their unique challenges, and position our solutions, services, and products to support and enhance their ability to win and deliver their federal client contracts. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the federal procurement process, experience working with the FSI, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in the government contracting ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the FSI to ensure BISim products, solutions, and services provide their program managers and procurement teams with a meaningful increase in value for their bids.
- Collaborate with program managers within the FSI to develop proposals that reaffirm commitment to customers using BISim offerings.
- Build strategic relationships with decision-makers within the FSI.
- Identify opportunities within key FSI programs.
- Align our solutions with needs of federal programs/contracts at FSI.
- Stay informed about priorities related to federal contract awards.
- Conduct consultative conversations regarding client needs for positioning BISim offerings effectively.
- Collaborate on tailored demonstrations/proofs of concept for customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance of our solutions with UK standards.
- Manage pipeline accurately through CRM tools; track progress against targets/KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams like marketing/engineering/product development.

Goals And Objectives
- Increase business through collaboratively winning bids using BISim offerings alongside FSI partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships positioning company as preferred partner for federal solutions.
- Drive mutual revenue growth aligned strategically with contracts/priorities at FSI.
- Expand use of BISim products/services within ecosystem.

Required Skills
- Proven ability navigating complex sales cycles/closing deals in government environments.
- Strong understanding/existing relationship within FSI context.
- Ability aligning strategies/priorities between sales/client needs effectively.
- Skilled identifying client needs/delivering tailored approaches accordingly.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills essential for engagements/proposals/presentations/negotiations
- Familiarity required around technology/cybersecurity/cloud service fields relevantly connected
- Experience utilizing tools like Salesforce or other CRM platforms managing accounts/pipelines efficiently

Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 10 years related experience required; 6+ years specifically focused on systems integration including defense projects necessary; direct experience simulation/training industry preferred; familiarity budget/investment/acquisition processes vital; excellent proposal/narrative writing skills needed; access demonstrated towards key government customers/industry partners beneficial; proficiency Microsoft Office presenting ideas/information/reports expected

Additional Qualifications
Ability obtaining UK security clearance or existing clearance necessary; team-oriented mindset encouraged along attention detail persistence/goals orientation valued highly alongside willingness travel frequently throughout UK/overseas self-motivated individuals sought after
