Marketing Analytics Manager - Contract - OUTSIDE IR35 - Hybrid - LondonWe’re looking for an experienced professional to lead a small team of analysts, focusing on delivering data-driven insights to enhance our marketing strategies. In this role, you will oversee analytics and reporting, ensuring both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic objectives are supported. A strong commercial mindset and a passion for leveraging data to drive measurable business impact are essential.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a robust analytics framework to monitor and improve marketing effectiveness.Lead strategic projects that enhance data-driven decision-making and maximize ROI.Ensure accuracy and consistency in performance reporting across multiple marketing channels.Build a structured testing roadmap to refine marketing investments and pricing strategies.Establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to align priorities and ensure analytical outputs support business goals.Oversee multiple analytics projects while mentoring and developing team members.What You Bring:Hands-on experience in marketing analytics, with a track record of improving commercial performance.Expertise in measuring and optimizing various communication channels, including media investments.Experience with attribution methodologies, including incrementality testing and marketing mix modeling.Strong ability to analyze customer engagement across multiple touchpoints and personalize marketing efforts.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in presenting insights to senior leaders.Experience leading and developing a team of analysts.Proficiency in SQL for querying and reporting, alongside familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with exposure to statistical methodologies and data science techniques.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.This position is only open to UK based applicants, and our client is unable to provide sponsorship for this role
