Base Location: Reading / Perth / Glasgow
Salary: £550-630 per day
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week / Full time
Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:
- Lead solution development teams to realize the product roadmap.
- Deliver requirements as per customer expectations.
- Build out delivery capability within the relevant area.

Roles Available:
- Two roles with similar skills; one requires experience in PPM project delivery - Oracle Unifier / Oracle Primavera P6.

Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to work in a technically or organizationally complex environment.
- Experience of working in a matrix organization.
- Ability to provide information in a logical and consistent manner.
- Ability to work in environments undergoing change, using an iterative and adaptive approach.
- In-depth understanding of IT products, services, and systems.
- Ability to thrive in challenging environments and develop new skills.
- Understanding of business needs and ability to translate technical/non-technical elements.

Essential Functional / Technical Skills:
- Relevant practitioner qualification required; degree level education desired.
- Ideally skilled in various project management/change management approaches, particularly Agile delivery, Prince2, APM, and PMP.
- Experience applying various waterfall (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP) and Agile methodologies along with supporting context such as governance, process, and culture across different levels of portfolio.

Additional Skills Required:
- Ability to negotiate timelines and other delivery metrics across the product lifecycle.
- Identify and manage key stakeholders.
- Proficient with Azure DevOps/Jira.
- Application of concepts related to delivery risks and issues.
- Develop countermeasures and contingency plans for significant delivery risks.
- Experience with project cost accounting; good understanding of capex vs opex budgetary structures.
- Choose appropriate approaches for outcome delivery.

Knowledge Requirements:
- High-level knowledge of development processes including but not limited to DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, lean development practices.

Reporting Responsibilities:
- Report on product performance value financials (in collaboration with the Product Owner).
- Support budget/funding submissions advocating for necessary funding levels against business/operational requirements.
