CRM Marketing Manager

Company: Global Technology Company
Contract: 12 months (good chance to be extended)
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (non-negotiable)
The Change Partners is working with a global technology company to support the Omni-channel customer journey with a detailed understanding of what is the optimum customer journey and critical touch points to drive user cases, awareness, and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email and push notification strategies across the European market.
- Lead omnichannel customer journey optimisation.
- Own loyalty program development and member retention.
- Lead cross-market reporting and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with global teams on integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of CRM campaign management experience.
- Proven track record in customer journey optimisation.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Agency management expertise.
- Global team collaboration skills.
