Pay Rate: £250 per day

Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site activities and ensure they are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring efficient delivery of works.
- Take responsibility for site safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise the setting out for the car park and building foundations.
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and project progress.
- Conduct site inductions and daily briefings.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of site activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in civils and groundworks projects, ideally including fast-food or commercial developments.
- Strong knowledge of setting out, foundation works, and car park construction.
- Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification.
