Description

Location and Schedule
- Windsor, CO, US (though the specific job described here is for Scotland and England)
- Rotations: 2 weeks on/off

Job Type
- Contract, outside IR35, Limited

Compensation
- £300pd - £450pd DOE (Umbrella/Limited)
- Nightshift allowance: £50 per night
- Mob/Demob fee: £400 per shift

Responsibilities
- Perform rope access repairs on external and internal blade inspections
- Conduct composite blade repair, including epoxy and polyester resin wet layup and vacuum infusion
- Work with balsa and foam sandwich materials for structural repair
- Complete detailed Daily Progress Reporting Documents and QAQC reports

Requirements
- IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification
- IRATA Level 3 LAT or AT for Ltd Authorised Technicians
- IRATA Level 1 or 2 for Blade Technicians
- Trained on the V164 platform
- Training Certs Required:
- Epoxy Safety
- Vestas Blade Entry Level
- GWO Advanced Rescue Training
- GWO Enhanced First Aid
- GWO BST including Sea Survival
- Safe Torque and Tension (STaT)
- Confined Spaces Training

Desirable but Not Essential Training
- Safety Awareness Induction (SAI)
- Technical & Operational Safety (TOS)
- Wind Turbine Safety Rules Core (WTSR)
- Wind Turbine Safety Rules Management Instructions (WTSR MMI) including practical training
- Electrical Network Safety Rules (ENSR)
- HMF Service Crane Operator Course
- GWO BTT (Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic)
- Avanti Service Lift Operation

Work Environment
- Work on rope access repairs
- Offshore and wind turbine environments
- Use of latex, epoxy, and fiberglass, including fiberglass dust (general note from similar roles)
