Description
We are recruiting for an SC Cleared (ideally defence) Agile Coach on contract. The role will be based 2 days per week in teir Preston offices and 3 days remote.
Reasonable travel dependent on customer needs at customer

Days on site Two, at least - can be managed with customer

Agile Systems Development
Experience
in Coaching at a Portfolio level (Scaled Agile Framework)
Able to guide and influence Agile Delivery Teams, their Managerand Middle Management
Be able to suggest and communicate numerous Agile strategies in a complex business environment, this is much more than setting up some Scrum/Kanban Teams
Instruct the customer on appropriate metrics to be gathered and presented to enable decision making and show progress
Be fluent in Jira to advise on metrics and light configuration
Demonstratable experience at an enterprise level
Experience of leading the restructuring of an organisation
Underpinned with an Agile accreditation - could be expired
