The Role
Within this role you will get the chance to work as an all-round Sales and Marketing Consultant. You will work closely with senior members of the team to understand individual project requirements and learn a specialism. You will manage the resourcing of recruitment projects, ultimately placing candidates within new roles while engaging with new clients in your sector. You will be working on an embedded talent contract from day one, identifying suitable candidates while receiving training required to specialise in the technology vertical. You will utilise specific sales and marketing techniques to uncover opportunities with new clients while working as a key component of the team. In the longer term, we're looking to develop your skillset so you have full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle allowing you to manage your own clients within marketplaces that suit your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing team in delivery of recruitment projects including screening/interviewing candidates
- Build excellent knowledge of clients/job roles within sector
- Use proactive search methods along online networks plus phone-based research to identify candidates
- Use marketing automation/AI software effectively engage new clients/candidates
- Create bespoke marketing collateral targeting clients within sector
You
- Engaging, energetic confident communicator both verbally/writing
- Experience working in office environment/some telephone-based experience
- Enjoy creating innovative content/writing business copy
