Head of Benelux and French Speaking Regions

Reporting Structure
Reporting into the European Head of Distribution

Key Objectives
- Generate net new assets and expand WisdomTree's ETF/ETP market share in the Benelux and French-speaking regions.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships in the region with a focus on institutional and intermediary clients.
- Work closely with the Head of Distribution to develop and implement a comprehensive growth-focused distribution strategy across these regions.
- Adopt a client-centric sales approach by understanding client needs.

Key Responsibilities And Scope
- Achieve individual/team annual flow/activity targets while contributing to broader business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, develop an ambitious team of 3 sales specialists dedicated to the region.
- Distribute WisdomTree ETFs/ETPs across institutional/intermediary clients in Benelux/FSR.
- Identify client requirements; share insights with internal stakeholders; position as an authority on market/client segment.
- Collaborate with regional sales team/internal stakeholders to define localized plans/focus initiatives.
- Develop/execution detailed distribution plan for institutional/intermediary clients leveraging internal resources.
- Coordinate sales/marketing/research activities; plan/accountability for client events; assist public relations/media messaging activities.
- Become an expert on WisdomTree ETFs/ETPs including their structures/methodologies/regulatory frameworks.
- Share/promote investment ideas/research with both new/existing clients; foster strong collaborative relationships internally promoting teamwork/excellence.
- Stay informed on industry trends ensuring WisdomTree is well positioned for local opportunities.
- Accountability for maintenance/growth of internal CRM - map regional client organizations ensuring timely accurate entries.

Skills And Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
1. 10+ years proven sales/business development experience within asset management industry
2. Proven track record managing/leads high-performing sales teams
3. Languages: Native French/fluent English
4. Comprehensive understanding investor landscape/relevant client base Benelux/French-speaking regions
5. Strong network existing client relationships/building strong relationships across segments
6. Previous experience with ETFs/ETPs essential
7. Strong knowledge ETFs/ETPs appeal investors
8. Strong market knowledge analytical skills
9. Attention detail/diligence/interpersonal communication skills
10.Proactive/self-motivated team player entrepreneurial/collaborative mindset
