Honesty and communication are the backbone of everything we do.Hybrid - 8 Week ContractThe RoleAs a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring Sales Development Representatives for a fast-paced sales teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles.Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience.Utilize recruitment data and metrics to drive hiring efficiency.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.What We’re Looking For:4+ proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment (preferably in customer service and sales).Strong sourcing skills, with experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Data-driven mindset, using insights to refine and improve hiring processes.Passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience.Chapter 2 are committed to growing a diverse workforce that represents all people regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability or neurodiversity.
