Role Description

We are seeking an ILM & Archiving Consultant to join our client's team, focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role requires you to be a British Passport holder, residing in the UK, and eligible for SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in architecting implementations of enterprise-level solutions of SAP Archiving.
- Assist in defining the problem, as well as proposing and creating the solution.
- Provide guidance and insights about the nature and implementation of Data Archiving and ILM applications to various stakeholders, including graduates, apprentices, business representatives, and technical leaders.
- Mentor graduates on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
- Help detail the project scope and ensure successful project execution from requirements gathering to implementation and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Archiving.
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).
- Proven participation in at least two end-to-end implementations of ILM Archiving Projects.
- Experience working with archiving on Business Suite on HANA or S/4 HANA.
- Awareness of how ILM functionality supports GDPR compliance.
- Ability to configure ILM Archiving Objectives for Block, Archiving, Reporting, Retrieval, and/or Deletion across various modules. This includes working with Read Programs, Archive Information Structures (AIS), DRB views, and other SAP standard reports.

Additional Skills

- Client-facing experience is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills are essential for daily collaboration with business representatives and technical leaders.
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment and drive changes through the change management process.

Work Environment

- Fully remote work arrangement.
- Must be eligible for SC clearance and reside in the UK with a British Passport.
