Title: Quantitative Developer
Client: Quant Fund - Award winning, tech focused run by passionate Computer Scientists
Contract (Outside IR35): 12 month rolling
Rate: Up to £1000/day
Location: London (Hybrid 2/3 days)
Job Description:
My client is a medium sized, multi-award winning Technology lead Quant fund with a start-up feel based in London, Liverpool Street. We are looking for a Quant Developer with a strong business knowledge within pricing to help build a new Greenfield platform. There will also be building/managing new features to help with other areas Risk and Front Office pricing systems/tools. (A full and detailed job spec is available)
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience within the Front Office in ideally Fixed Income if not FX
- Strong experience pricing financial products/models
- Strong Java background with some Python
- Recently worked in a Hedge Fund, Investment Bank or a Financial Tech house
- A personality and genuine passion in technology!
