Are you a seasoned Commercial Manager with a strong background in large-scale construction or energy projects? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to lead the commercial strategy on a groundbreaking windfarm project in Suffolk! Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy Leadership:
Lead the commercial management of the windfarm project from start to finish, ensuring it’s delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement commercial strategies to support the project's success, identifying risks and opportunities along the way.

Contract Management:
Take ownership of the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions while maintaining strong positive relationships with all parties.

Cost Management:
Oversee budget providing detailed forecasts cost control reporting. Manage cost variance identify savings opportunities ensure project remains financially viable throughout its lifecycle.

Procurement Oversight:
Lead procurement process for materials subcontractors services required for project. Work closely with procurement team ensure efficient cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality schedule requirements.

Risk and Issue Management:
Proactively identify manage project risks ensuring all mitigation measures are in place. Troubleshoot any issues that arise collaborating with project team resolve them efficiently effectively.

Stakeholder Communication:
Regularly liaise senior management clients external stakeholders provide updates on commercial performance key milestones project status. Represent project at key meetings ensuring alignment clear communication across all parties.

Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure that project is fully compliant relevant industry regulations health safety standards internal company policies. Maintain unwavering focus quality control making sure all deliverables meet highest standards.

Experience:
You’ll have proven track record as Commercial Manager construction energy large-scale infrastructure projects preferably renewable energy sector.

Skills:
Exceptional commercial acumen deep understanding contract law procurement cost management risk mitigation Strong negotiation communication leadership skills essential.
