About Acumen Academy’s Resources Product
Acumen Academy is the world’s school for social change. It offers a range of curriculum and content from a year-long immersive Fellowship program to short courses and bite-size Learning Resources designed to provide democratic access to the knowledge, skills, tools, and frameworks needed to achieve positive social change. Acumen Academy is innovating its online content offer through the development of a new product: Learning Resources which will deliver a mobile-optimized learning experience designed for busy social entrepreneurs with limited learning time.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new product release marketing strategy: Work with leadership to prioritize and position Acumen Academy products through strategic cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns using Hubspot and GA4 analytics; adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage community members to participate in research that shapes product development and campaign messaging.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis (how does what we’re building compare to other internal/external resources aiming for similar goals?).
- Develop and implement the release strategy for new learning products including drafting messaging and executing marketing tactics.
- Lead communications among regional team members helping them become product champions as channels to market.
- Develop user personas; manage project timelines; collaborate with teams (UX, Story Studio etc.).
- Work closely with dev teams on optimizations/new features for the website.
- Provide testing plans for new learning resource products; summarize findings.
- Identify approach/activate potential channel partners.

Skills And Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong writing skills
- Experience identifying/activating channel partners
- Expert on Hubspot for email/contact list management; website/blog CMS management (Contentful, Hubspot)
- Ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Ability to navigate data in Salesforce; set up/manage new marketing-focused analytics systems as required (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Hotjar)

Experienced with platforms used for planning/execution such as Airtable, Form Assembly, Zoom WebinarJam Padlet or similar tools.

Familiarity with SEO best practices including keyword research/content strategy (and use AI platforms for expediting content planning/repurposing).

Preferred:
- Based in London Lagos or Nairobi
- Authorized work eligibility UK Nigeria or Kenya
- Self-reflective/aligned with Acumen’s Values
