This role is a 12 month maternity cover contract.

Job Description
As part of the National Business Development and Marketing team we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Clients & Markets Senior Manager to support with managing the national Clients & Markets team drive local business development activity (primarily within the Private Equity and Listed businesses teams) focus on increasing profitability through generation of opportunities bid support range of events that will help us grow engage with our clients contacts.

The Clients & Markets Senior Manager will operate as the business partner to London stakeholders ensuring that drive for growth remains on strategy maintains momentum. They will work closely with London Office Managing Partner (OMP), Head of Clients & Markets National Heads Sector Service lines Private Equity Listed Businesses teams wider Clients & Markets Marketing teams.

The Clients & Markets Senior Manager role focuses on managing high performing national Clients & Markets team driving growth primarily for Private Equity Listed Businesses through relationship management lead generation identifying new opportunities through prospecting targeting bid management promoting campaigns local data management local event management.

The successful applicant will have experience working in professional services managing national team working in fast-paced environment be highly organised with excellent project management time management coordination skills have ability work well under pressure. Being able communicate at all levels confidence forge strong working relationships essential. You will be working in National team dealing with our people liaising clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Working day-to-day with senior stakeholders decision makers.
- Driving business development activity which aligns firmwide business development strategy.
- Continually reviewing firms market position benchmarking against competitors.
- Developing maintaining strong relationships intermediaries prospects partnerships.
- Identifying sponsorship opportunities enhance firms brand target audience reach.
- Lead generation through prospecting targeting attending local sector events for region focus on Private Equity Listed.
- Generating business opportunities new existing clients.
- Attending local national events following up opportunities participation Client Care Key account programmes preparation testimonials case studies building credentials.
- Managing end-to-end bid process including bid generation slide-decks placemats rehearsal pitches pitch debriefs.
- Managing high performing Clients & Markets team day-to-day team management including annual appraisal reviews proficiency strategic leadership organisational development ability lead cross-functional teams drive business growth supporting National Marketing team marketing activities required key relationship management coordination develop maintain relationships national Clients & Markets team London stakeholders London OMP foster collaborative culture wider Clients & Markets Marketing focus ‘one-team’ perspective share ideas feedback within widerClients&Markets share best practice collaborate sector service campaigns activities drive BD culture region focus increasing profitability primarily within Private Equity Listed develop maintain own strong relationships clients local businesses intermediaries ability liaise influence motivate adapt change build relationships senior management peer level ability lead meetings projects stakeholders peers effectively clear outputs ability confidently challenge ideas influence best practice knowledge experience data Management produce reports outlining campaign analytics share key stakeholders maintain marketing lists target lists client lists upkeep referrals conversion pipeline support day-to-day CRM activities encourage best practice local teams.
