About the Role

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading Broadcast Media & Entertainment brand to appoint a Project Manager to manage the delivery phase of a major COTS Software Integration Programme. The organisation is seeking to acquire specific campaign management software that will enable the holistic planning of owned marketing inventory across streaming and linear platforms. The proposed new system will replace inefficient legacy linear workflows with future facing agile tech solutions that contribute to growth.

The Project Manager will manage a Project team, consisting of BA's, Architects and 3rd Party Suppliers and be wholly accountable for successful system integration and project completion.

The role is Mon-Fri, with an expectation of being office based at the London HQ 2-3 days per week (ideally).

Role Requirements

- Manage the Delivery Project (commencing with an 8-week Projection Initiation/Design Phase.)
- Provide effective Project Planning, Control, Risk/Issue/Stakeholder Management
- Produce a PID, Cutover Approach and Test Approach in the Project Initiation/Design Phase
- Successfully implement COTS products and integrating into the Content Management System estate
- The complexity of this project revolves around the system integrations
- The new COTS solutions will integrate into legacy in-house content scheduling system, Data Warehouse and other 3rd party solutions
- Manage the project team effectively

Required Skills & Experience

- A strong appreciation and understanding of media domain applications and services.
- Demonstrable track record of working on large scale transformation projects, with multiple stakeholders
