eargym is the new way to care for your hearing before you need hearing aids. As a registered Class 1 medical device in both the UK and EU; we are a research-driven digital health company shaping the future of hearing care. Our mission is to improve the worldโ€™s hearing and contribute to research to reduce dementia. We are disrupting the hearing health sector by combining audio and mobile technology with science and gamification to enable you to check and train your hearing at your own convenience. Role Description
Lead the development and delivery of eargymโ€™s communication strategy, with particular responsibility for ensuring excellent:
- Research-based marketing to attract new B2B customers
- Contributing to product ideation and development from the consumer perspective, ensuring barrier-free user-onboarding and positive ongoing end-user experience, including proactive management of queries and complaints
- Positive social media presence on all relevant platforms
- Up-to-date, credible, and relevant website content
- Content creation as required - written, visual, and audio
- Creation of our investor newsletters and annual report in accordance with our B-Corp status

This role ideally suits a self-motivated, warm, and empathetic team player with an excellent design eye and great written English, wanting hands-on experience of working in a small digital health start-up as it seeks to scale.

Qualifications
- Communication, Marketing, and Public Relations skills
- Experience in developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies
- Content Creation and Copywriting skills
- Collaboration and Partnership-building skills
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of key communications software, including Mailchimp, Google Search Console, LinkedIn,
and other social media platforms
- Experience & confidence in collecting & analysing qualitative data via platforms such as MixPanel
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing,
Public Relations or related field
