Our client, a well-established GP practice in Scotland, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join their supportive and dynamic team starting from May. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to make a positive impact on patient care within a thriving primary care setting.As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with the GP partners, physician associates, nurses, and healthcare assistants. You will have direct contact with patients, utilising your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions.ResponsibilitiesTake comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations3 days on site and 1 day remoteUpdate patient records accurately and efficientlyMake informed diagnoses based on clinical findingsAnalyse test results to guide treatment decisionsConduct home visits to provide personalised careDeliver evidence-based treatments in line with best practicesDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic practice environmentProvide patient-centred care with a caring and empathetic approachMust have a Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm)
