Our mission is to encourage sustainable consumerism and promote environmental and social responsibility within the furniture and interiors sector.We have an exciting role for a Customer Services Support Assistant!This is a 6 month contract role for a Customer Services Support Assistant who will be based at our offices in Cambuslang, Glasgow. We are currently implementing a new ERP system and we are looking to get additional admin support to assist with the implementation thereof.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES路聽聽聽聽聽聽Support the Commercial Manager with the production of quotes, and pricing updates.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Supporting the Administration Co-ordinator with raising purchase orders and sales invoices using our ERP system.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Liaise with suppliers to negotiate lead times for delivery of goods and support the logistical co-ordination of deliveries to site(s).路聽聽聽聽聽聽Prepare installation packs, as directed by the Administration Co-ordinator, for the install teams ahead of project delivery on site.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Completion of contract questionnaires and new supplier forms.路聽聽聽聽聽聽After sales administrationNECESSARY SKILL SET路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with Business Central is beneficial but not essential however sound understanding and experience with an ERP system is key.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel and Outlook required.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands and overall workload.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Able to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and ideas with peers and working towards shared goalsPlease send a CV and covering letter in the first instance to [email protected]
