Position Overview
We are looking for a London-based Project Manager who lives and breathes music and has great taste across art, culture, and media. Join our dedicated teams in producing some of the best content, rollouts, and campaigns the internet has to offer. This role will be a contracted position paid dependent on the number of clients. It may require attendance at IRL content shoots and meetings with Account/Creative teams, shooters, and the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Drive successful digital and content strategy for clients across music/video releases, tours, events, merch.
- Contribute ideas for day-to-day creation of social media content; engage in team meetings/brainstorms/client calls.
- Serve as a point person for Benchmob in the UK; act as an educational resource for clients while interfacing with Creatives/Account Teams.
- Spend time on social media; research what content works best on platforms like TikTok & Reels.
- Work directly with clients at content shoots alongside creators to ensure smooth operations.
- Report directly to Head of Music (Jonah) while collaborating with UK/US Account Teams on select clients; build daily handovers/action lists.
- Act as a marketing/creative consultant for select clients; communicate daily with labels/managers regarding artist needs while US team is offline.

What You Know:
- Extensive knowledge of TikTok/social media landscape
- Experience working in music industry/digital marketing
- Up-to-date on best practices/social trends
- In-depth knowledge of Google Docs & Word/Excel
- Some experience with Adobe Photoshop/Premier Pro/After Effects or similar
- Familiarity with UK culture/language/slang/community
