Our client, a leading consultancy in the buildings and rail sector, is currently seeking two experienced Building Surveyors to join their team in East London on a contract basis. This opportunity focuses on a hospital project, lasting between 6-12 months, starting in March.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting building surveys, inspections, and reporting within a hospital setting
- Interfacing effectively with MEP teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Managing refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance-related works
- Ensuring projects adhere to healthcare regulations and building standards
- Providing technical advice and support to stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospital projects
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination
- Knowledge of building regulations and compliance within healthcare settings
- Chartered status (MRICS) desirable but not essential
