About the role:
As an Senior UX Designer to work on industry-leading platforms and digital experiences. Reporting to the Lead UX Designer, the Senior UX Designer will be part of the wider Product Design team, working alongside Researchers, UI Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Architects and Data Scientists to deliver outstanding user experiences.

At ICIS, we offer a range of products that this role will contribute to. For our subscriber users, Clarity is the primary platform where they log in regularly to access the wealth of information we provide. It is a data-rich experience delivering insights from editors and analysts who publish content daily.

The design challenges in Clarity revolve around ensuring information is intuitive accessible valuable across multiple channels. In addition to subscriber-facing products we also design internal tools used by our editors analysts create manage publish content efficiently.

These tools play a crucial role in editorial workflow essential for delivering high-quality insights customers.

As a Senior UX Designer you will work across end-to-end experience designing for both internal external users ensuring seamless interactions across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
- Lead UX design initiatives across multiple projects from discovery delivery.
- Apply user-centered design methodologies create intuitive accessible elegant solutions.
- Collaborate closely product managers developers researchers architects data scientists define problems explore solutions validate design decisions.
- Conduct usability testing data analysis inform iterate designs.
- Design workflows wireframes prototypes bring ideas life.
- Advocate contribute evolution UX best practices design processes team culture.
- Provide mentorship support junior designers fostering collaborative learning-driven environment.
- Ensure consistency scalability contributing maintaining Nova ICIS design system.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in UX design formal knowledge Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) acquired through university courses ongoing training certification.
- A designer thrives complex spaces enjoys solving complex problems.
- Proven ability lead UX projects multidisciplinary teams managing design processes effectively.
- Have portfolio demonstrating expertise user-centered design prototyping problem-solving.
- Experience usability testing user research applying insights improve products.
- Deep understanding interaction design information architecture accessibility best practices.
- Strong communication skills able present rationales take stakeholders journey.
- Have collaborative mindset eager work cross-functional teams build impactful solutions
- Experience Figma Jira Miro Dovetail other industry-standard tools
- Be Self-starter ability navigate ambiguity identify opportunities drive meaningful change
