Description
Skills:
- Functional L400 + Technical L200 knowledge and prior implementation experience of Power Pages Portal required (mandatory)
- Functional knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power platform at L400 required
- Able to design wireframes and process flow diagrams
- Able to design functional data model, functional data dictionary, and high-level configuration/customization approach, and write design specifications
- Able to review/update Dynamics 365 and Power Automate configurations
- Able to review configurations from developers and provide feedback/best practices
- Able to demonstrate solution features to customer stakeholders
- Able to test solution implemented by developers against design specifications
- Able to coordinate with UAT testers
- Able to learn and understand existing solutions to troubleshoot and respond to support tickets
