You Will:
Product Strategy
- Event Brief Assistance: Work alongside the integrated marketing team to assist in developing comprehensive event briefs that align with our strategic goals and resonate with potential sponsors.
- Sponsorship Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the international sales team to pitch events effectively and engage with our internal events team to ensure seamless execution.
- Product Strategy Collaboration: Support the Product Strategy team by developing and vetting net-new inventory, overseeing Flat Plan development for international events (e.g., Journal Houses, Tech Live Qatar), drafting and negotiating contracts, and conducting thorough research on competitor events to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Budget and Pricing Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of budget and pricing strategies for event sponsorships, ensuring competitive positioning while maximizing profitability.
- Evaluating Sponsor Impact: Gathering client feedback to better understand successes and shortfalls in order to assess and improve event sponsorship value.
Event Success
- Manage and deliver sponsorship benefits across a suite of sponsors and events for EMEA and APAC-based clients.
- Develop strong long-lasting client relationships in the post-sale phase of assigned sponsorships while positively representing the sales lead.
- Host (independently or in coordination with other internal teams) client touch points ensuring milestones are being met for successful event engagements.
- Ensure successful client touch points through well communicated scheduling agendas.
- Deliver reporting performance metrics from events partnering with internal marketing partners.
Maintain Integrity
- Maintain integrity of live event editorial product upholding reputation values.
- Engage various internal teams promoting collaboration on initiatives.
Assist Creation
- Assist in creating innovative sponsorship activations enhancing brand visibility during events.
You Have:
- 4+ years experience in a client-facing role
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Bonus experience dealing with executives
- Strong project management skills
- Superior Communication skills
- Previous experiential marketing experience ideally within an agency
- Analytical skills analyzing data metrics defining solutions
- Experience creating materials across workplace technologies
