Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager – FIDIC Contracts
Role Overview:
Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager is required to join our client on an energy infrastructure project. The role can be mostly remote, however, some occasional site visits to the North of Scotland will be required. This is a freelance contract, offering a competitive daily rate.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a wide range of QS responsibilities.
- Focus on contract management and legal compliance.
- Accountable for reporting on contract management and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Good background working on FIDIC contracts.
- Any prior project work on energy infrastructure projects is a big plus.
