We are looking for a hands-on sales manager to join our team on part-time basis with a specific focus on driving growth through targeted sales based on strong network with CISOs, Head of Cyber Strategy, C-Suites of medium to large enterprises especially within regulatory environments e.g. financial services, health and resources sectors. This role is suitable for individuals with 15 - 20 years of Cybersecurity sales experience who are willing to work on contract basis as part time. This is a performance-driven role, offering earnings based on successful deals.
The Role:
As the hands-on sales manager, you will use your deep sales expertise and extensive network to drive strategic growth. Your ability to identify, nurture, and convert business opportunities will be a key attribute and success factor / criteria. This role is ideal for anyone with hands-on Cybersecurity sales experience with strong network and industry knowledge for leveraging their experience in a sales-centric capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
C-Level Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise CISOs, CSOs, CROs, CTOs, and Cybersecurity leaders, presenting AdventX AI CISO solution as the answer to their most pressing security challenges. Your relationships and influencing abilities will be key in winning and sealing deals.
Business Development & Partnerships: Leverage your industry connections to cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and other stakeholders. Your skills to influence will help drive growth by opening new business avenues.
Referral & Network Expansion: Use your network to identify, refer,and close high-value clients and strategic partnerships aligned with AdventX growth objectives. Though directly involved in day-to-day sales any business opportunities you initiateand close will result in significant rewards.
Strategic Sales Advisory: Provide insights on market trends regulatory changes,and customer pain-points helping shape AI CISO productand sales strategies tomeet evolving industry demands.

Proven Hands-on Sales Experience: A minimum of 15+ years in Cybersecuritysales senior cybersecurity leadership rolewith atrack recordof resolving complex security challengesfor mediumto large organizations.
Extensive Network:A well-establishednetworkwithin the cybersecurity community includingkey decision-makersatmediumto large enterprisesindustry leadersparticularlyCISOsCSOsCROsCTOsandCybersecurity executives.
Sales Acumen:A strategic thinkerwithaconsultativeapproachto salescapableof identifyingnurturingand convertingbusinessopportunities.Experiencedrivingbusinessgrowththroughpartnershipsandstrategichands-onsalesexperienceis highlypreferred.
Communication Skills: Strong communicationandpresentation skillswiththeabilityto engagewithexecutiveleadershipandrepresentAdventXatindustryevents.
