The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Business Development to expand our global presence and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building high-level partnerships to scale our impact.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience, whether self-employed or with established companies.
- Proficient phone communication skills with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Ability to work independently for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and eagerness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate personal and leadership development training programs through our online learning platform.
- Coach clients to identify their goals, overcome challenges, and develop actionable strategies for success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to empower clients in achieving greater confidence, focus, and resilience.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized growth plans aligned with their vision and values.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Represent the Lifestyle Freedom Blueprint brand with integrity и professionalism.
