Role Description
Kuga is seeking a Contract Remote Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent chatbots and AI solutions tailored to the real estate market. Your role will involve designing, building, and refining AI models that power seamless, dynamic, and engaging property-related conversations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimise AI-driven chatbots for real estate applications
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy NLP models for natural, human-like interactions
• Work with machine learning frameworks to improve chatbot accuracy and efficiency
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems, APIs, and property platforms
• Analyse user interactions to continually enhance AI responses and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and UX designers
• Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals
Qualifications
Required:
• Strong experience in AI/ML development, especially in NLP and chatbot creation
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational AI
• Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of REST APIs and chatbot integrations
• Ability to work remotely; manage projects independently; meet deadlines
Preferred:
• Previous experience in real estate technology or PropTech applications
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and client needs
• Familiarity with voice assistants and multimodal AI solutions
