The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials across multiple phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and client expectations. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and ensuring successful study outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and close-out of clinical trials.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient trial conduct.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor trial progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration across functions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
