I’m hiring several Full Stack Developer Contractors for one of my clients, a fast-moving data tech scaleup. They need experienced engineers who can hit the ground running, write high-quality code, and make an immediate impact.
Contract Details:
- Contract rate: Up to £450 per day
- Location: Fully remote (UK-based)
- Contract type: Outside IR35
- Start date: ASAP – Interviews turned around quickly.
The Role:
You’ll be joining a high-performing engineering team, working on key features to improve the customer experience. The team moves fast, working in sprints, so they need contractors who can get stuck in and start shipping solid work from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining scalable REST APIs
- Writing clean, well-structured code in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React
- Improving app performance and identifying bottlenecks
- Troubleshooting and ensuring smooth integrations
- Collaborating with the existing engineering team to deliver high-quality features
- Maintaining clear and concise documentation to support fast development cycles
Who You Are:
- An experienced full-stack engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React
- Quality-driven, with a focus on writing well-structured, maintainable code
- A problem solver who takes ownership and proactively tackles challenges
- Fast-moving, able to understand the scope and start delivering quickly
- A strong communicator who works effectively with remote teams
