Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage groundworks, scaffolding, frames, civils, and logistics to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Oversee temporary works coordination, ensuring compliance with design and safety regulations.
- Implement and monitor QA processes, ensuring high standards across all external works.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments and enforcing site protocols.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, resolving issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) qualification (essential).
- Strong QA experience with a focus on compliance and best practices.
- Proven background in managing external packages (groundworks, scaffolding, frames, civils, logistics).
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
