The Field Engineer II is part of the Global Scientific and Laboratory Services (SLS) Knowledge Management organization, and their responsibilities would include being the subject matter expert (SME), presenting, assisting in the implementation, and troubleshooting software and automation interface solutions for our customers. This position is will be fully remote with occasional travel to customer sites. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What You Will Do:
- Innovate and resolve customer issues related to software and automation integration of our instruments with the customer network as part of validation, installation and qualification service offering.
- Manage interactions primarily through phone or email in a fast-paced environment using Salesforce.com (SFDC) for seamless communication.
- Apply deep understanding of software/market standard automation interfaces.
- Generate documentation for sharing best practices/development protocols.
- Proactively lead internal/external communications/collaboration cross-functionally.
- Report valuable feedback/resolve issues/define roadmaps/set objectives/track progress via SFDC dashboards/platforms etc..

Who You Are:
