Location: Hybrid, Midlands 1-2 days a week

The Contract:
We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to drive a Finance Transformation programme, encompassing both systems and processes for a £multi-bn turnover UK business.
We are looking to engage an experienced, proven Senior Project Manager with a pedigree working on relevant Finance Transformation projects, ideally including the modernisation of legacy systems and processes. Experience leading such projects across a group company with multiple divisions/businesses would be hugely advantageous.
Please note a couple of things:
1) The client is not in the Financial Services sector, therefore it would not be suited to a PM who specialises managing projects for FS clients.
2) The focus is to engage a strong Project Manager who has led Finance systems/process projects, not a Finance/Accounting SME who has done some Project Management.
The Terms:
Hybrid role, 1-2 days a week in the Midlands.
Outside IR35 contract
Strong market rate, with weekly pay.
Initial 3 month term with likely extensions.
We are looking for:
An experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record successfully delivering Finance Transformation projects for large businesses (£bn+ turnover).
Experience delivering projects across multiple ‘Group’ business functions is ideal.
Experience leading projects to modernise finance systems and processes.
Experience managing end to end projects successfully, over a 12 month+ period.
Excellent influence, communication and engagement skills.
Very urgent requirement, interviews to take place before Christmas, with a view to start 6th Jan 2025.
