Company Overview
TSA Surveying are currently working in conjunction with a building services consultancy that have a large M&E asset surveying project upcoming, encompassing commercial sites across Europe.
Project Details
The role will involve carrying out mechanical and electrical surveys of office space and scientific sites across Europe. The project is scheduled to commence in early February and last approximately 5-6 months in duration. This will be a collection and condition style survey utilizing handheld tablet devices and asset capture software.
Team Requirements
We are looking to build a team of approximately 5 M&E individuals. The programme will be running on a usual basis of 2 weeks in Europe followed by 1 weekend back. All flights/accommodation/travel to and from site has already been booked and sorted by the consultancy.
Candidate Qualifications
Due to the end client and nature of the role we are looking for candidates with a strong prior track record in M&E Asset Surveys, and a prior background within MEP services either for an FM provider, an end client or consultant.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel across Europe.
Contract Details
The role is outside of IR35.
