Ensure that all contact points throughout the customer journey are reflective of the brand and high standards, exceeding expectations. Have a customer-centric attitude and ability to work on multiple events at one time and keep a clear head throughout. *This position is a 6 month full-time contract Key RelationshipsHospitality Events Manager Marketing IT Support Hospitality TeamCustomer Service Team Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day hospitality enquiriesEnsure all operational systems are working and up to date. Maintain and foster positive relationships to enhance sales. Provide accurate product and up to date service information. Proactively offer good customer service to all customers across all products Handle and resolve customer complaints within role boundaries.Identify and escalate priority customer issues! Provide customer service at events key events, such as the F1. MotoGP and Festival. Complete administration tasks as and when requested and follow up customer calls where necessaryProduce a debrief improvement plan post events. Performance ResponsibilitiesPerformance will be monitored against the following: Customer Satisfaction Professional presentation both physically and in all aspects of work in order to reflect Silverstone values. Service level of responding to customers in agreed time Objectives set through the Personal Development Review process Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExcellent customer service skills.Responsibility, Adaptability, and Patience Good time keeping Flexible approach to working hours including weekends Excellent communicator articulate through written and verbal, good listening skills and telephone manner. Full Clean driver's license Works well as a team player and uses own initiative Passionate about customer care.
