Role: Procurement Manager - SC
Location: London / Hybrid (2 days per week on site)
IR35: Inside
Rate: £650/day (Umbrella) MAX
Duration: 189 working days
Security Clearance: SC
Responsibilities:
- Lead on a number of procurements to deliver additional accommodation.
- Lead the tactical procurement of a Professional Services Delivery Partner (Multi-Disciplinary Team RIBA 0-7 and Cost Management Supplier).
- Support on the outcome of the strategy for medium sites and pilot schemes, covering (but not limited to) the following procurements:
* Facilities Management
* Security
* Contingency accommodation
- Support on commercial strategy.
- Route to markets.
- Lead on tender documentation and cost models.
- Tender publication and process lead.
- Evaluation and tender recommendation reports.
- Contract award.
- Issue contract notices.
- Complete Contract Management Plans.
- Keep procurement systems (Jaggaer) up to date.
Essential Requirements:
- Public sector procurement experience.
- End to end facilities management procurement/tender experience.
