Job Overview:
The Business Analyst will play a key role in harmonizing Market-to-Order (M2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business architecture principles and experience in designing and implementing strategies for process improvement. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of harmonized M2O and O2C processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, models, and roadmaps.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Work with IT teams to integrate business and technology solutions effectively.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of the business architecture for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and frameworks.
- Manage and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
