Role Overview
Weβre seeking a proactive, driven, and solution-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our EMEA marketing efforts for a 12-month period. This role will drive regional marketing strategy across the UK&I and Europe, ensuring alignment with global marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will execute ABM programs, demand generation initiatives, and regional events to drive pipeline and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead Regional Marketing Strategy: Own and execute our field-based marketing plan, ensuring alignment with regional sales and success goals.
Manage a Small Team: Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of the regional marketing team; fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Campaign Execution: Develop and run ABM/customer campaigns; demand generation programs; industry-specific initiatives to drive revenue; engagement.
Events & Partnerships: Plan & execute regional events; trade shows; partner activations while working closely with our Global Events Team.
Localisation & Market Positioning: Tailor messaging; content; marketing channels for key markets across Europe to maximise impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams across Brand; PR; Product; SEO; Paid & Social to ensure consistency & effectiveness.
Budget & Performance Management: Own the regional marketing budget; track performance & report on ROI/commercial impact.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B marketing ideally within SaaS technology or related industries.
Expertise in ABM demand generation & field marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing coaching small teams.
Ability to collaborate across global teams while maintaining a regional focus.
Event campaign management expertise from strategy execution data-driven mindset ability measure impact optimise for success.
