Rory Hock is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in a remote capacity.The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads to join our team of online marketers, expanding the personal development industry to a global audience.This person will develop their leadership and entrepreneurial skills. He/she will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.Responsibilities:Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads generated through various marketing channels.Interview to qualify to receive information on our award-winning products and courses. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification processManage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Plug into our automated system to keep prospects informed and up to date with what we have to offerRequirements:A willingness to learn new processes and systemsHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (NO cold calling, we generate leads through marketing channels)Experience with CRM softwareFamiliarity basic computer functions - all that is needed is a laptop and phoneUnderstanding of sales performance metrics to track and measure effectiveness of varous marketing campaigns in generating businessAbout Rory HockI am a personal development advocate, educating people on how to change their mindset and beliefs to change their lives.
