Leeds (on site circa twice per month)

Rate:
Market rate (outside IR35)

Length:
Initial 6 months (lots of scope to extend)

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with expertise in data migrations and some capability with OOP. You will deliver expert consultancy services on a high-profile migration programme. You will lead a critical substream providing hands-on technical leadership and ensuring the successful delivery of complex migration activities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration substream, providing strategic direction and some hands-on delivery
- Develop tailored migration solutions that align with the client's objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional programme teams to ensure seamless execution
- Provide expert consultancy to stakeholders, addressing technical challenges and offering solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience operating at Senior/Principal Architect level
- Extensive experience leading data migration projects within large-scale programmes
- Some proficiency in OOP, ideally C++, with the ability to provide hands-on technical support when needed
