We do this through our specialist resourcing consultancy programme management solutions interpreting what regulatory principles mean for your business putting them into action. With core strengths in Remediation & Review Complaints Management Outcome Testing we collaborate to fulfil our client regulatory responsibilities balance operational constraints they are working within while keeping a sharp eye on their customer outcomes.
In this role you'll:
- Provide support to all current contractors on project.
- Develop maintain strong BDORS Contractor relationships promote company brand within contractor population identify any potential risks would affect or destabilise current projects.
- Work sales marketing team establish future contractor needs business.
- Actively market services future contractors ambition BDO RS being 'go-to business contractors marketplace'.
- Work resourcing team ensure new cohorts contractors recorded systems regularly communicated.
- Collate report Market Intelligence.
- Work resourcing team account managers understand forthcoming intakes contractors being onboarded.
- Update systems ensure contractors relevant systems tools compliance procedures.
- Manage contractor onboarding receipt equipment day 1 joining instructions organisation Day 1 - Welcome session.
- Provide support service current contractors working live projects provision highest standards contractor care.
- Reduce attrition contractors leaving 'early' identifying contractors risk leaving early persuading considering moving other roles merits remaining.
- Support contractors not performing appropriate quality level improve performance.
- Build strong relationships trust contractor population responding promptly accurately ongoing queries requests.
- Identify report risks/trends would impact BDORS business standing (competitor projects rates etc).
Provide ongoing support covering queries such invoices contracts welfare visa's rate queries grievance Umbrella/Limited Company queries some Private Personal issues new Contracting queries promoting BDORS Brand services.
Provide feedback Resourcing Manager comments raised regarding resourcing/vetting cycle improve current processes.
Establish strong working relationships BDORS Account Managers On-site Senior Operations associates share knowledge market intelligence address client associate specific issues.
Form effective working relations BDORS Legal Team highlighting potential risks.
Report regularly using agreed templates attrition across key accounts provide anecdotal feedback contractor population allow Leadership Team make informed decisions.
Issue act engagement surveys contractor population understand what working well opportunities improvement.
Escalate potential issues improvement opportunities Managing Director Resourcing Manager.
Build develop current database promoting strong company brand marketplace via regular communication within contractor population identifying new upcoming projects potentially affect current projects.
Gain accurate Market Intelligence inform Sales Operations teams.
