Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager/Site Manager to join the company and manage a groundworks and RC contract based in South London.
Compensation:
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
Start Date:
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Reporting and working alongside the Operations Manager.
- Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
- Keeping site diaries.
- Producing RAMS.
- Quality Assurance.
- Following programmes.
- Managing the client.
- Providing progress reports.
- Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Project Manager Requirements:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid
- Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)
- Experienced in groundworks and RC for specialist contractors.
- Engineering background (beneficial)
- 10+ years project management experience
